MYCAO products are crafted from fine chocolate and functional mushrooms to provide an elevated, everyday indulgence. Because our products are edible and perishable, the following policy applies:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final once your order is placed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at colin@tidalcare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
3. No Medical Claims
MYCAO does not make medical, therapeutic, or healing claims about any product.
Our chocolates are created to support everyday well-being as part of personal rituals, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Consumers are encouraged to do their own research and consult a healthcare professional with any questions.
