Orders for MYCAO products are processed quickly. Because our items are edible and perishable, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at [insert email] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered processing.

 

2. Pre-Orders

If MYCAO offers pre-order purchase options:

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled up until the product enters production or fulfillment.

  • Once a pre-order is processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We will notify customers of estimated timelines; however, all dates are estimates only and may change.

 

3. Subscriptions

If subscription purchase options are used:

  • You may cancel or modify an upcoming subscription order before the renewal date through your customer account.

  • Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

4. No Medical Claims

All MYCAO products are crafted for everyday indulgence and well-being but are not medical products.
Cancellations cannot be granted due to expectations of therapeutic effects or outcomes.

 

5. Final Sale

All MYCAO chocolate products are final sale, as they are food items and cannot be restocked or resold.
