Shipping policy
At MYCAO, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Because our chocolates are crafted in small batches with care, shipping timelines may vary.
1. Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders using Canada Post and UPS.
The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, service availability, and the method selected at checkout.
2. Shipping Estimates
All shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and operational issues may affect delivery dates.
MYCAO cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest support.
We are happy to assist where we can, but final delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
5. Warm Weather & Chocolate Care
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we take reasonable precautions, but MYCAO is not responsible for melting or weather-related impacts once the order is in transit.
